General Questions

Product Questions
Q. Is the ink on the fly masks permanent and durable?
A. Yes, the ink used on the fly masks is permanent and is the same as the ink found on printed t-shirts. Your fly mask will last as long as any other fly mask on the market today.
Q. Is the horse able to see through the printed design?
A. Yes, the design is only printed on the front and does not interfere with the horses view. Due to the nature of the printing process, there may be areas of the mesh that are filled in with paint. Please use the tip of a pencil to push the paint out of the mesh opening. This is only necessary in the area directly in the horses range of sight. We try our best to minimize any fill-in, but it will occur in small amounts on every mask.
Q. Do you have plans for any other MASQ ART designs?
A. Oh yeah! We will have a ladybug mask, flower mask, USA flag mask and rock star sunglass mask coming soon.

This sections describes the terms and conditions regarding the use of this site, our products and all other intellectual property belonging to Catch Your Eye Designs. Use of this site consititutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions on this page. Please check back often as the terms of service are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
All products, logos, images and text are the sole property of Catch Your Eye Designs. Any use of the material on this site without written permission is in violation of the terms set forth in this agreement and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Any attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate our products in anyway is a violation of US copyright law, by use of this site and our products you are agreeing not to attempt to recreate our products for profit or otherwise.
Payment Information
When a purchase is made from our website it is neccessary that we collect certain personal information to collect payment and ship the product. This information is processed through either PayPal or Authorize.net to transfer the money from your account to ours. Once the payment has been cleared we will process the order and ship the product out without delay. Our payment system is encrypted by a 128bit Comodo SSL and is virtually impossible to be intercepted by any unauthorized third-party.
Price Change
All of our pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice. However, any purchases made during a transition in pricing will be honored at the price the buyer agreed to when making an online order.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless any liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with us; any personal or property damage that might occur due to misuse of our products; (3) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (4) copyright infringement.
Disclaimer
The fly masks on this site are intended for adult horses only. It is the customers responsibility to insure they are used properly. Any damage or injury resulting from the use of our products are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Other products on this site are also intended to only be used for their stated purposes, customers agree that any damage or inury resulting from any other use is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Companies
Catch Your Eye Designs usually ships your product with in 48 hours of receiving payment with your order using either USPS or UPS which you can choose during your checkout.
Insurance
All shipped orders are charged for insurance to cover the cost of their total purchase.
Deffective Materials
In the event of a defective product we will, at our option, replace the product or refund the cost of that product. All of our products our available in limited inventories, if your product arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, and we do not have the neccessary inventory to replace that item; we will either allow you to choose a substitute item, replace the item when new inventory becomes available, issue a store credit or refund the price of the product and shipping.
If you discover an item is defective, it is important to contact us immediatly with the following information.
- Your Name, order number and date of purchase
- A description of the defect
Once we recieve this information, we will contact you with either additional questions regarding the nature of the defect and/or your issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If warranted the RMA will include the shipping cost for the defective item. Once the item has been returned we will inspect the defect and make a final decision on whether the item is to be replaced or refunded.
Other Returns
Our products are not covered by a, "cooling off period" and are not subject to returns or refunds due to the customer changing their mind or ordering a product in the wrong size, color or finish. Catch Your Eye Designs at our option, may grant a request for a refund or exchange at our sole discretion. However, this does not constitute a change in this policy and although, we may grant one request it does not imply that all other requests will be honored.

Shared Information
All information collected by us, whether to create a private account, send a notice or accept a purchase will kept under our strict privacy policy. We will not share your private information for any reason except to complete the purchase or where required by law.
